How to maintain momentum in sales incentive programs

Developing a well-planned communications plan can help drive excitement through the length of your sales incentive program. Graphically compelling, themed emails are a great way to maintain interest. Consider seasonal emails showcasing awards that correspond to the season or certain events. Make your communications experiential. Help participants envision how great it will feel to be a top achiever, paint a picture of them lying on a warm, breezy beach when they earn the trip they’re working towards. 

 

You can also build momentum through gamification techniques like contests or leader boards, or competitive games that involve training or rewards. 

Motivate, inspire and celebrate your employees to generate positive financials.
